01Definitions
- "Agronix", "we", "us": Agronix (formerly Chremon Industries Limited).
- "Farmer", "you": a person who applies to or participates in our network.
- "Inputs": seeds, fertiliser, crop protection and related materials supplied on credit.
- "Buyback": our purchase of your eligible harvest.
02Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, be based in an eligible region, and meet the criteria published on our Apply page for the current season.
03Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review each application and may request additional information or proof of land ownership or rights. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
04Input credit
Where approved, inputs are provided on credit for the season. Repayment is structured against your harvest at buyback, on transparent terms agreed in advance. You agree to use inputs only for the intended crop and to follow the guidance provided.
05Guaranteed buyback
Agronix commits to purchasing your eligible harvest at a fair, agreed price, and to arranging collection from your community point. Produce must meet the quality and handling standards communicated to you.
06Farmer obligations
- Provide accurate information and valid proof of land rights.
- Use inputs only for the agreed crop and season.
- Follow training and good-practice guidance.
- Deliver your harvest to Agronix as agreed.
07Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Agronix name, logo, text and graphics, belongs to Agronix and may not be used without our written permission.
08Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care but do not guarantee specific yields or outcomes, which depend on factors beyond our control such as weather. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
09Termination
We may suspend or end participation where these terms are breached. Obligations relating to outstanding input credit and agreed buyback survive termination.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
